European Water Research
CERAM, the European Centre of Mineral Water Research, was created with the premise of establishing a pole for the research and study of valuable national and international water resources, with particular reference to Europe. In addition to its Team of Directors, the Centre encompasses a Scientific Board composed of experts that are reputed in the sector.

Three quality awards have been established for water quality: Mineral and Thermal Water quality on the European level and Tap Water quality in the Italian context.
